This is what happened, after Wesker took Jill, he wanted to test the Uroboros project on her. When he did, he realized that she still had been infected by the T-virus from Nemesis. So the Uroboros reacted with the virus making Jill's skin an eyes more pale, and changing the color of her hair. Wesker figured that she would become good help and injected the virus Wesker did to himself in RE1, and put her a device to keep in her in control...
why is jill a ninja now? i remember the days when it was hard enough to make her walk down a hallway in a straight line, and now shes supper ninja? if thats the perks for hanging out with wesker then sign me up. just think of it once im a ninja i could help kill all the zombies i helped create.
