The song is simply called..."guitar solo" off of the live Rate of Change video. It is not "good and bad" and is not on the "Rate of Change" studio album.

Travis is such a good guy all around. You guys need to see TLB if you get a chance.

The style chords he uses remind me a lot of my own style. I think this man is a genius, has some REALLY nice playing in this video ! Only the shredding parts weren't needed, if he would stick to slow phrasing the thing would come out more ! Anyway it's GREAT !
