This soundtrack has a lot of hammered dulcimer, if that's what everyone here is wondering about. It's basically a stringed instrument you strike with tongs. It goes by many names the world round, as many cultures have developed similar sounding instruments that have strings you strike. Beautiful sounding instrument IMO.
