  • Ann Calvello (Rookie in the roller derby in 1948) #0 for the Southern Stars at age 58!!!!!

  • Does anyone have the whole show? If someone has the opening, perhaps they have the whole show. I was just out of college when this aired and, for whatever reason, missed it. I'd love to see the whole thing!!

  • @robtran, I have the whole show, though I taped it in E.P..

  • Both cheesy AND heartfelt! Love it. :)

  • Dennis Richmond look hella yung y is he retirement

  • Nice to see the underrated Ronnie Schell, once billed "America's slowest-rising comedian." He was great on Gomer Pyle. Cutie Ruby Peterson, formerly of Romper Room, is dancing with Bob Mackenzie, whom she was dating at the time. Tossing the football at the very end is Steve Physioc, who was gone pretty quickly.

  • "Miss Nancy" and Bob MacKenzie were a couple? Wow.

  • I used to watch Ronnie Schell on Gomer Pyle.

  • @TheRealDonSolo R.I.P.. Bob MacKenzie.

  • Charlie and Humphrey!!! Does anyone have those entire clips?!!

  • Correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't KTVU's logo of the early 1970's look a bit like that of BBC2 within that same time period?

  • In the 70s the logo was a 2. They both are channel 2.

It seems common sense to me but why wouldn't you just correct yourself if you're wrong before posting anyway?

  • KTVU is now 50 years old

  • well, it WILL be come march.
