They didn't backtrack chris's guitar it's just hard to hear over the main riff. If you listen closely you can hear the acoustic guitar.

@vivacoldplay yes, chris guitar is back tracked here. You can hear clearly it's exactly the same on the album. But I think this is the only gig Chris back tracks his guitar here. If you watch other gigs, you can hear a different strumming pattern, you can hear it's live and you here the 'strange' tuning of his guitar. Watch the one in Roskilde and you'll be convinced.
