  • @strayboi93 right now i am still dieting and i am getting out more then i ever use to. making friends and honestly.. something emotionally life changing for the negative happened to me and it made me not so excited about being a raw foodist.. i've been falling off my path but not totally.. so when i said i'd be high raw for life. i really meant it. and lately, i am getting myself ready to go hard core on it again. I'm not sure if i will video it, but I'm just too stubborn to give up on myself.

  • JIcamas are high in soluble fiber.That lowers your cholesterol,regulates blood sugar as well as curbing your appetite.I've never tried one but I'll be looking for them now. : D

  • my name is laura and im 205 pounds >.< but its wierd people made me stand on a scale to prove it, i do not look 200 pounds i guess -.- i still think im fat, and i still think she is doing grate to keep up with losing weight, what is this diet thing ? wether i look 200 or 160, my weight is not healthy for my body were ever it is at i got to get it off, im seeing affects on my health help?

  • @unknownfallenangell well, before i even lost all the weight i have, I had already alleviated almost all my health problems. Eating a more natural cleaner diet did wonders for my health. I eat about 80% raw foods like fruits, veggies, nuts and seed. the other 20% are cooked whole foods. I try to avoiding carbs like grains and sugar, any pre-made sauce, condiments. I make my meals from scratch because i want to avoid all the mystery "spices, natural flavors, and preservatives". it works for me.

  • This is just fantastic, Laura!! Reaching these big goals is just so amazing - you are amazing!! I totally agree, the starvation diets just don't work... raw works! It isn't even a diet, it's just a way to eat forever! :) I wish I could get jicama.... I have PCOS myself and have had to manage excess hair my whole life... I have one thing to say about it: BODY SUGAR!!! Try it if you want!! Woot woot again on your weightloss and what a fantastic milestone to reach 200! :)

  • @myroadhome yeah i know that feeling!!! My weight loss has been very frustrating lately too which is why being 200 lbs kinda amazes me! I'm just going to hang in there and except what comes and try and make the best choice I can each day, each meal, each snack. =^-^=

  • @RawFoodVeganSungazer 0 hours of cardio considering i am not even 100% sure what exercise is considered cardio? I guess the closest thing would be when i go outside and play with my chihuahua which doesn't ad up to 1 hour yet.. I don't have an exercise routine. mostly I just stretch out what ever feels it needs it and I walk around alot.. pick up things.. move things... thats about it. o_o

  • @fullheart2727 yeah, I heard of jicama fries, I should try them, somehow it just never struck me as something that would be yummy. I however like to matchstick jicama by hand and use it as a rice substitue in raw sushi... sooooooo much better tasting then food processed cauliflower, especially if you mix some match stick apples into it too!
