come on, you lot sound backwards the way you go on about "stuff not sounding like this" blah blah... i loved this when I was 16-19 but ffs the scene evolved and so did i... some of my best times were 1993 and 1995 and 1997 and 1999 and 2001 and 2003, every year had its scene, if you lot are still stuck in this era then you missed out on a lot! bt don't assume this is what its all about, the scene was just as amazing 15 years later, if not more so in some ways. peace.

I think the worse thing the happy hardcore lot did was take the break beats away, absolutely criminal. Without break beat it's not hardcore!

One question for Slipmatt if you're watching: Was all the big rave stuff back in the day (Dreamscape etc) pre recorded by DJ's? I know if you go to a club today all the stuff the DJ's trott out is prerecorded. It's all done by computers.
