How to test your HHO if effective or NOT. Run the car at normal temperature. Bring the rpm to 1,500 and hold it using tools or wedges. Now, turn on your HHO machine, if the RPM move up to 1,600 or so it is GOOD. If the RPM went down of the same it is a waste of time effort and money. Anyone who can show in GOOD result I'll be proud of you. No more driving around wasting gas. Your computer Instant MPG varies from 2-199 Miles per gallon depending on driving road conditions.
I live in Brazil and friend did a project hho, how did you do this cells? and knows a cheito to compress the hydrogen gas? I can not already done so over the project that was missing. be able to help me thank you.
Very very impressive... Even tho I disagree with sophocha... His PWM EFIE video is inspiring.. Once the submarine telegraph cables were thought to be an impractical idea. well I didnt know want my air fuel ratio was with the HHO because i didnt have a wideband.now that i have one it will be clear what it does to the car.....but as i said i moved from HHO.maybe ill try it again in the future
you can't just stick it into the engine, you have to adjust you O2 sensor among other things, if you want it to work, there is more to it than sticking a cell under your hood and feeding it into the intake.
i had an efie and map mods and nothing worked.however now that i have an innovate wideband it would easier to tune....but i wont bother with hho anymore
I am getting into it, I havn't put it into a car yet, but I have run a small motor on it, it ran better on HHO than on gas, but thanks for your input on it. I Personally believe you can run 100% HHO, but that is just my opinion.

The entire HHO idea has been proven to be a failure in terms of achieving improved fuel economy, engine performance etc.If any person, that has actually tried the typical HHO setup in their vehicle is honest enough, they will tell you that they have actually gotten worse gas mileage and performance after they installed their HHO unit. All it does is increase engine knock/detonation, poorly modifying the factory stock intake/pcv closed loop system causing the ECU to dump MORE gas into the cylinders
@GTnumber1 Well said, someone else that knows how engines work. They also forget the extra load on the alternator and engine, and unless the ECU can measure gas input and reduce fuel injection - there is NO POINT! The car will at best use the same amount of fuel, although most use more. They are just gullible and a lot of videos on here are from people selling/conning others with HHO kits. People should learn about engines, if HHO worked, car makers would do it already! IT DOESN'T WORK !!!!
Video was very well done and you had just about everything a person could want in the way of electronics. Your problem was your HHO Generator. All you need for that size engine is a dry cell that can produce 1- 1.5 lpm of OxyHydrogen.
Redo everything with a proper OxyHydrogen generator and test again. Gas prices are fixing to skyrocket becuase of the revolutions taking place in the Middle East, so it is worth the effort even applications outside the vehicle.
@amos033 I did push it to 750lpm with 3 cells but it was a no go.It`s one thing to believe something and another to make it work.HHO doesn`t work. The concept is there but we cannot defy physics law.As I said earlier it would be much better to control your fuel delivery through chipping your ECU and using a different ignition and fuel map to tune your car slightly leaner.
@sophocha If you were getting 750 lpm using your 3 cells then you have already surpassed the laws of physics. Did you mean 0.750 lpm? Is your cell a Wet Cell or a Dry Cell, it looks like a wet cell to me from the video. I am not trying to discredit you, just want to understand your setup. If it is a wet cell, it is only 40% efficient as a dry cell. If it is a dry cell, then is this the setup: -NNNNNN+NNNNNN- ?
@amos033 I meant 0.750 lpm of course.Wet cell, +n-n+n- (15 plates). The only time I got more than 3-4 MPG was when I put vacuum on it and drawing more amps, steaming the water inside the cell, so basically creating a water injection system!....I don`t say Hydrogen injection doesn`t work ( there was a guy that had a system that was splitting H and O during night hours at his home, putting H in a pressurized container and running his car with it) but I`m sure you cannot do that in real time!
@sophocha Replace your wet cells with a 11 plate dry cell from hho2u.com, upgrade the electronics from 20A to 30A, follow the instructions from hho2u.com and give the ole girl another go. I did post a video response as well showing the ignition of 1.5 lpm from the same recommended dry cell. All the best!
@amos033 I am sorry but I`m not investing even a single cent on any promises and HHO cells and nobody can change my mind about it.HHO does NOT work in my opinion.I`ve done that, been there. If you don`t want to put gas in the car then convert it to electric, that`s the only viable solution to high fuel prices. THE END

THE END
For everybody out there who is gonna put some money into this....my advice.....DON`T.....it doesn`t work the way you want it you.....I`ve experimented with HHO and my conclusions are that with this amount of HHO it doesn`t worth the effort.....better get a chip emulator (like an ostrich) and tune your fuel and ignition maps yourself....it`s the only way of achiving economy, or if you need more power.
All you are doing is messing with settings going to the ECU, but it STILL doesn't know about the gas being injected so doesn't work as you claim.
It is a total scam but there are gullible people all the time that know nothing about cars and spend a fortune. People lie to sell kits, that's how they make their money. This scam is almost as bad as the 419 Nigerian Scam. Plenty of victims wanting to believe something and easily conned out of their money! They will never admit being stupid!
I guess you don`t want me to tell you about OSTRICH 2.0, the chipped PM7 ECU and the custom fuel map I have on Turboedit do you?Of course this would be too much for you to comprehend! This was just an experiment and as I said it only saved me 3-4 MPG, and that`s probably because of the electronic hacks. Why are you all blabing about scams and stuff? The custom Fuel map I have on the Ostrich emulator saves me about 7 MPG and that`s WITHOUT the HHO.I stoped experimenting with HHO.So STFU
Get shut of that K&N for a start - it does NOT filter air going in to the engine, it allows big bits of dirt in. So this demonstrates your lack of knowledge with cars. The original filter & housing provides more air than the car uses at full RPM, it doesn't restrict anything. Show me how your system adjusts the ECU to inject less fuel in proportion to gas injection as that is the ONLY way you will use less fuel. At the moment your engine injects the same amount - so you were SCAMMED!
You want to test me about my Car knowledge? How about coming over here to help me install my D16A8 supercharger?Get a ZCSPEED adapter plate for me, a 3PK1245 belt, chip my ECU, get an Ostrich, a laptop with all the drivers on, Turboedit 3.1.2, Innovate wideband, install all the proper wires, and tune my car...
It probably sounds like Chineese to you!Go ahead, tell me your opinion about my poor lack of knowledge about cars.
I don't know where my post went but I just want to suggest you leave your cells off till after you get the car running I burnt out a starter by leaving it on before. Nice Job!
Hold your throttle to about 2k rpms then tune your map to find the sweet spot.

....and that`s why I stopped experimenting because my 3-4 MPG was my goal....I know I cannot do better than that with 500ml of HHO and all the electronics in the world.....but at least I got the increase I was aiming for!
Who said anything about HHO alone!!??HHO mixes with your existing fuel. Also, the increase that you gain is marginal (around 3-4 MPG) and that was after 2 YEARS of experimenting, NOT 2 WEEKS that you took! Also you need the electronics in order to work (and especially on old ODB hondas, harder to tweak).Even jeep owners tweak their MAP in order to gain more power....its basic 101 mechanic knowledge of how to tweak your 14.7:1 ratio, everybody knows that...HHO is helping toward this!
First, the reason why u r getting Av of 3 more miles is because u are runing your engine lean by messing with your sensors, i got 5-6 more miles by messing with the sensors alone, but a loss of about 6-8hp, it makes no difference weaather you have a hho reactor or not.
Second, the primary point of the "movement" is to stop using gas by the use of hho, which cant be done in any 4 stroke engine on any car sold today.

Also, you don`t need 3 lpm to make it work, 500ml-1000ml is what you need on small 1.6 engines like mine.
sophocha 2 years ago
soph,
Whoever told you that ,lied to you.
See NASA patent on hho as an aid for increasing fuel burning in internal combustion engines.
A patent over 80 years old...
You need al least 10% in the mix to see improvement and 25% to achieve "total" combustion.
Do the math 10%=200LTRS PER MINUTE
Im all for alternate fuels!
but this is not the way, put your brains and effort on something that could work

1) 4cil 2ltr engine uses 2,000 ltrs of air per minuteat 2000rpm
2ltrs x 2000rpms / 2 = 2000ltrs of air per min
3 or 6 ltrs per min of hho wont do s...
2) hho alone inside an engine contracts (implodes) into h2o (water) doesnt explode like gas therefore 4 stroke engines will not work on hho alone
SPREAD THE WORD!!
