I'm waiting for mine to get here in the mail for my bike, a 74' 350F... But I had a few questions. I'm a member over on the dotheton.com forums, and people have been discussing the issues they run into while tuning the bikes for carbs, or velocity stacks. After doing some research I found that a good baseline was 85 main jets with the pod filters, and then just tune from there. Move up (or down) in jet sizes as needed. What jets are you running on this bike?
I am sure there is something that she wants...try negotiating ;-) Didn't you say she was going to learn to ride? Maybe you could buy this as an early Christmas present for her........

@ Deepspacesnowman, I have found that no two bikes are tuned the same but this one is running #80 Mains and #38 Slow Jets.

The kickstand and bracket are stock.

I've ridden this bike and it runs as good as it looks. Anybody looking for a completed custom vintage cafe racer should jump on this.
