  • Oh Wow! I don't think I am anywhere near in shape to run a marathon. I def. understand the healthy feeling. I love it. I'll be doing a juice/water fast next week. I have to lose more weight for acting school~ Justin

  • @FMSoap I ran my first marathon last year. I do have some video footage on my channel of the Seattle Marathon November 2010. I want to do it again. I also do fasting. Lots of health benefits. I have some footage during a water fast I did in June if you are interested. I was really inspired by one of the men running the marathon. On mile 2 he told me he ran his first marathon when he was 50 and he runs one every year now. (no clue how old he was. To me, he looked 40's!!!)

  • @EdentiaFarms That is just awesome, Bonnie! You are inspiring me. I may have to attempt some sort of mini marathon to get me started. I am DEF. interested in your water fast videos. I"ll be checking them out. I don't know anybody else who does them. I do notice that I feel better after I finish them like my body can process and function more cleanly. I can't believe he looked so young!!~ Justin

  • Congrats, Bonnie! That looks fantastic. My parents used to do hydroponic farming. I love wheatgrass. I use it after a jog as a nutrient booster. Wheatgrass, white peaches, plums, and carrots is the recipe i always come back to ~ Justin

    Thanks! I plan on doing some more. I feel super healthy when taking the wheatgrass juice. I am still undecided on whether or not I will be running a marathon this year. I hope I can. If so, I will have a little production line going on LOL! You are right, it's great for after your workout. It's the best way to cram all those nutrients in.
