Interesting, been trying to think of a name for this movement since I do it at home (though I lack bench) and ski row is a good term, gonna steal it :)
Is the hyperextension (bringing elbows behind spine) what you think makes it target the rear delts? Before then I would think the lats could do the motion.
@Hoopermazing I think we're thinking about the same thing. I started with almost a exerciece like this but the bench was too long. As the guy show you have stand on your knee
@Thesenseoftouchc I've moved on to using multiple lengths of surgical tubing for all movements except heavy presses. It's cheap, the tension can be as heavy as you want (just add more lengths of tubing) and it works like a charm.
