  • Is there a difference in dipping the pencil in the solvent as you go, and coloring first then using a paper stub (or whatever they are called) to go over it with solvent?

  • @shtanah I haven't tried gamsol or mineral spirits, but they may as well. You just need a solvent to "soften" the pencil lead. If you try them I'd love to know if they work.

  • @Mwedemeyer It's the same (gamsol or miniral spirits, are the same as solvent... Just as terpentine basicly... :)
