No, the Lost World is arcade only. It was coming for the Dreamcast, but it got cancelled. So, your going to have to buy the machine.

There are no emulators (that fully work), and there have been no console releases. Sorry, you just have to find a machine somewhere and buy it. And I don't think Sega will ever release TLW:JP arcade on any console. (Nintendo Wii etc.)
