  • "Rover is an excellent name for a dog."

  • been to port meirion many times and this is great !!!

  • Is that W. Morgan Sheppard voicing Number Two?

  • @GusF That would be telling.

    (Yes, actually.)

  • Fantastic song!!

  • This seriously inspired me to watch The Prisoner again.

  • Fantastic! Great band, great video and a great programme.

  • Classic!

  • Who's have thought the minister for schools used to be so punk.

  • Anyone know what kind of car it was in the Prisoner intro? Patrick McGoohan should have been knighted, he was the best!

  • @snowgirl1052 Lotus Seven--still made today by Caterham Cars.

  • Everytime i heard the intro i tried to remember which tune was it from, and just realised it's 1964's Keep On Running by The Spencer Davis Group!

  • Absolutely fabulous! A fond tribute to a great actor in his most memorable role.

  • This is Best Stuff!

  • ...go to hell.

  • STILL HAVE THE 45 under the name of "Teenage Filmstars"

  • You have? F***, your cat is clean! And one of the best band names ever, wanted to nick it instantly when I first read it

  • Ed Ball master and genious clever twist on the old keep on running !!

  • Wonder what happened to license plate KAR 120C. some jag owner would sell his soul for it

  • @IExposeMormonism The number plate KAR120C is owned by Caterham Cars, who aquired the rights to build the Seven from Lotus in 1974. In the 1990s they made a limited Prisoner edition of the car--british racing green with yellow nose cone and red interior. The companies' founder, Graham Nearn, had the tag on his personal car.

  • @heavymental70 Thanks, I'll bet there are some jealous Jag Owners.

  • Hearing this song takes me back to 1984 when I was introduced to The Times, brilliant band!!

  • So many shots were such exact reproductions of the originals! An excellent tribute.

  • Ho sentito per la prima volta la canzone su Splash of colour una raccolta di gruppi della neopsichedelia Uk . Favolosa

  • Excellent video!

  • R.I.P. Patrick McGoohan. With "The Prisoner", he left an indelible mark on television.

  • You'll always be #1 in my book, old man.

Hope you enjoy your time in the big village in the sky.

  • RIP Number 6 and The King that Solves Problems by Throwing Them Out the Window.

  • R.I.P 13.01.2009

  • RIP Patrick McGoohan!

  • Spencer Davis ripoff! 'Keep on Running' the start is identical.

I can see that was deliberate due to Number 6 always trying to run away from the Village!

  • does anyone have the album a splash of colour that this was on

  • I'm really a big fan of the mystery and intelligent masterpiece THE PRISONER of Patrick McGoohan.

Especially what happened in "Free for ALL" is 100 % realitiy now in our world.

Hope some people see what happened.

  • I love this song, this video, Patrick McGoohan and "The Prisoner"!

  • Happy birthday, Patrick. 3-19-08. My mother will be 80 in April.

  • I'm only 17, and now totally a huge fan, thanks to my mom.

She met Patrick once, backstage at a play... he was really cool. She found out later that after she and the fan group she'd been in had left, Patrick had come back to offer to take them out to eat!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's takes a village....

    Moooohaha !

    Nicely done.

    BCNU !

  • If only it were possible to give this 6-stars! The attention to detail in both the song and visuals is incredible.

  • i don't remember it either.... i thought number 2 wore a scarf and khakis, hahah

  • Wow! never knew this video existed.

Quality Band - 'This is London' - Classic LP.

    Any 'Direct Hits' clips anyone?

  • No, but I once owned a Direct Hits live tape.

Wanted to put them on stage in my hometown at the time.

But although This is London is very good, Pop goes Art is the real classic, in my opinion.

  • Woops, that wasn't meant to be twice!.. But hey knickerbockerglorys that means i'm distantly related to you..

  • Patrick McGoohan's my great uncle
