  • you should put a warning about duckwalks and bending the knees too much. there are a lot of people who have injured themselves bending at the knees that much.

  • @iamafractal warning dont do duck walks if they hurt your knees too much..is that sufficient? Excercise at your own discretion and be smart. Progress at your own pace and find the workouts that work for you there are plenty to choose from on scotts page.

    Oh, gosh, that's a term from the 70s maybe, eh? There was this film that came out called "10", starring Dudley Moore who was chasing after Bo Derek, if I remember right. The female character was considered a 10 out of 10, hence the term which came into wide public use for anyone who was perfect.

    if you want a v shape work your shoulders, arms, chest, back...

    if you overdo it on core exercises like crunches, you'll make your v shape less pronounced

  • @mchief101 you could also try using the priority principle when doing an ab workout, start with your obliques. and really concentrate on every rep that you do. also alternate which side you do first each time you do it. this helps to prevent the body from adapting too quickly.

    i could also suggest you learn how to do lateral planks they are great for building strength in the obliques and side of the torso.
