another factor- girl groups in Korea have a short career span. As u got young girl groups coming up every year, by the time WGs reach 23, 24, they would be considered "old". To try breaking into the international market would probably help extending their career years a little.

according to jyp, wg is back in asia for about 3 weeks (oct 22 to nov 11). the schedule is to film a cafe mori cf (with mblaq's Thunder, aka sandara park's bro), as well as head to beijing (china mobile festival, oct 28).

still, that leaves about 10 spare days in nov, maybe they'll stay on briefly in china to promote/practice for their shanghai gig (dec 2).

they're due back in the states to open for jordin sparks' school gig (nov 12) & resume phase 2 of their chart attack campaign.
