My best friends mom was one of the crafts table workers for Phil of the Future and this video came out while Phil of the Future was still on Disney and before this video, Disney was planning on keeping the show. Then, after the video, Disney cut Ricky Ullman, and then cut the show. Disney found the video offensive, and Ricky didn't intend on taking it down/the damage was done.

No this is not the reason why he left Disney....Notice i said LEFT. Disney didn't kick him off. He and Amy Bruckner who plays Pim left Disney before they could completely own their soul. The contract was too strict. He couldn't even do a movie that had cussing in it. And at that point he wanted to do "Driftwood" while POTF was on hiatus. But Disney said "heck no" So he basically flipped them off and left. If you stay in Disney for a long time, you cant get any other roles but Disney roles.
