I have this game and although a bit stiff, it's a very fun game. Black Hawk, Angelica, and Gallos are the best new characters.

I like how they added warriors from other countries but, no offense, they put TOO many warriors from other countries. Charlotte and Galford was enough. It's Samurai showdown for a reason, not "international showdown". they took out too many classic character to add those guys.

seriously i don't understand SNK. they make this abhorration of a game with lame gameplay and graphics, and when you think "ok graphics and gameplay are shit, but at least it have plenty of SS classic characters, right?" WRONG. Instead, SNK just added some new generic game characters, which reduce the fan base appeal, the ones who would buy this game.

@ValisFan2 I think the game had a pretty competent roster (even if they removed most of the moves and whatnot that made said roster cool).

Haohmaru, Nakoruru, Galford, Charlotte, Kazuki etc,

i think it's a pretty darn good roster even if the newcomers felt kinda not-Samsho-y.
