I bought the timber from a luthier friend Kim Hancock mostly cut and planed for about $300 AUD ( 290 US) The rest was a few cheapo hand tools and my time..the total time about 7/8 weeks...Dont know why I waited so long ..it was so much easier than I thought! The fretboard was already computer cut!! Great! Saved heaps of worry but with a weissy It doesn't really matter if you are a gnat's cock out....Thats why it's such a great guitar to build for a first one!
