This reminds me of all the fallen soldiers from Canada I always wanted to join the army since I was 11 now I'm 15 I wanna turn 18 and finish high school to join the Canadian armed forces it's my dream it's something my father dosent understand. I was born in country at war and Canada gave freedom and serving in the army is the least I can do.

When I was 17 years old my parents got a divorce and my father was constantly trying to make up for the lost time. He had missed out on my childhood and that was something he could never reclaim. Even though we were not related that doesnt matter, we were family by the way that we connected and bonded. it was unlike anything ive ever known in this world. He is not transferring schools back home and i now find myself back where i once started. alone. I would give anything to have him stay, but his parents wouldn't let him. I never thought it was possible to ever feel this down. I do not know where i go from here, looking across the room where he used to be only brings tears to my eyes.

I discovered them through one girl, she made me listen to this. This girl is going through a tough time, and I am standing beside her. Every time I hear this song, I think about her and I also think about the future, what will happen between us now? what will happen between us later? and what will happen along the road? This song brings a smile to my face and I want her to know that she makes me smile as well. But she won't know, well not now at least, but soon. :]

@distrubedkirby12 respect to you, my friend. i wish (sometimes) i was this emotional towards music. I can be quite emotional, i cry sometimes, I'm a guy, but i'll admit it. The only time i really cried while listening to a song was talking about my grandfather. I never met him, and he served in WWII, almost died to.
