I think they should've given him Messatsu Gou Hadou for a super and, since he's a boss character, Both Shin Shun Goku Satsu and Misogi as ultras.

Maybe throw in Tenma Gou Zankuu as a second super.

Raging Demon is the easiest to activate ultra for me, and if you time it right (right before the opponent gives up) he's pretty much screwed. His ultra also does a CRAPLOAD of damage
