In this video, the oxen are moving at about 2.5 miles per hour or about 12,000 feet per hours. The cutter bars on our mowers are 5 and 6 feet long. That multiplies out to about 60,000 sq feet per hour or nearly 1.5 acres per hour. Given limits on cutting conditions and animal endurance, 10 acres would probably take 2 days or more.
