@rolandsc Thanks! i added up a desription. You can actually train clients to get their teasers higher. Just do the teaser with hands on straps like here in the boomerang, and let them use their lower abdominals to get their legs up. I usually let them keep their knees slightly bent at first so i know they're not cheating it with their quads. ;)
I love the height you achieve in the V teaser position. Great flexibility and strength.
