Thanks Mushon, it was all them - they came up with the ideas and they had the freedom to try it out.

I have seen some facilitators who play this game so they try and look smart and clever - which usually means the team needs to fail spectacularly :(

If you just give them clear guidelines and let them do what they do best - it all works.
