Your INFP, correct? I believe a lot of us have sleeping troubles. I try and wear out my mind a little bit before I try to sleep, like reading a book. Unfortunately, if the book is really interesting, then my mind will be racing.
Try doing something to distract yourself, like try and sleep while watching tv or listening to music. Otherwise, it's like your trying to sleep, forcing yourself, and that doesn't work. Basically you have to find a way to quiet your mind.

D: TRY not to use electronics such as these a half or an hour before you go to sleep, that will distract you from getting some sleep...but if you're already doing so and you've tried "sleeping medicines" i honestly don't know what to tell you, i have lots of things keeping me from sleeping myself so i find it dificult to tell you anything that will work =/
You need to get as far away as you can from the people who wish to hurt you. You are allowing people to hurt you by not going away from them and permenatly removing yourself from all who try and attempt to harm you. Follow your heart and your feelings allways and nothing eles. You know you need to stay away from these people, so stay away. Learn to listen to your heart in everything you do, trust it allways and you will radiate outward the love that others have locked up. Take back control.

That being said (thanks for the cross section of your life btw, gl with that stuff) I think maybe some of the problem is tension? If you come away from the day feeling drained in a negative sense or obsessing over certain points and not really relaxing per se then that could be part of the problem. My life's not that eventful *right now* so I suppose I'll have to be careful in future! Oh well, it's months after you posted anyway, all the best.
Hmm. Personally, as an INFP, I'm not too surprised that a lot of us have problems sleeping at night, though I can't confess to having the same that often. Well, a lot of people tell me I think too much, but I don't think that'll ever change. I like having a hyperactive mind. But I always fall asleep in the end. I think I sleep better alone, in my own room or camping in my own tent etc. On a family holiday for eg. sleeping near others, especially when prone to hearing noises (snoring!) it's hard.

ok ur talkin all sorts of crap..its insomnia..
ive the same problem but i dont end up making videos..
i think its just a phase in ur life that is disturbing u..u need to think abt other (pleasant) things and just imagine that..
listen to soft music when tryin to sleep..works for me..else talk to sumbody abt it..
u need a friend..sumone to talk to! sumone who listens..try to make good frnds who think alike and hav the same interests.
