it is absolutely NOT ok to use.use only non toxic tattoo ink from a reputable company such as joes.asking this question tells me u still have a lot to learn about tattooing and you should seek out A PROFESSIONAL TATTOO ARTIST FOR A FORMAL APPRENTICESHIP.

@seedling345 it just has to be diluted with distilled water but you really should do what the other guy said order some real ink its not that expensive.
