Good for him! He met their violence with peace. Also, any charges he would have been tossed out as the miranda in this case was fudged - in a civil society an accused is entitled to know and understand the charges against him. Their refusal to tell him what he was under arrest for is sickening.

they HAVE TO state why they are arresting you upon request of that info. they def cant say it doesnt matter. esp if the person is appearing to suffer from a mental disorder of any kind b/c they can get confused and become violent.
