I dunno' about the reporting, but the grid layout at 1:48 looks an awful lot like a street map of the Capitol Hill area of DC. If you overlay the long diagonal line over Kentucky Ave., it starts at Potomac and goes to Lincoln Park where the grid terminates at the top left. The gridline bisecting it is South Carolina Ave, and the bottom line would be Pennsylvania Ave. Not an exact match, but close enough to make me wonder.

The missing part 40.489668,93.500689 appears to take place in 40.491153,93.468888. Also, the lines in 40.452107, 93.742118 appear to be just the surrounding's inversed continuations, in white. It's Google's Ocean and Coast Reliner that causes that, when a lower satellite passes by and gets snapped.
Always, several images are composed into one. The spiderwebs or whatever object in the surrounding of a satellite is artefacts or whatever the google ocean colorer made it look alike.
To the north west, on 40.439631, 90.809441there is a satellite photographed from above. Each glowing light blue object in this area has been recolored by Google's Ocean and River Colorer Software accordingly.
Well, I scoured Latitude 40.45 by Longitude 93.xx There is no "74" as it's all in 60's: degrees, minutes, seconds, etc. And found nothing. I need more info on the Longitude. Thank you.

But they are for a highway possibly. Maybe a pipe line. There are trucks parked on the lines just east of MMM, going N&S on the lines. In both locations the widths of the strips are approx 60ft. Both go over hill and dale, never stopping. The lines near MMM site have been there for yrs.

Google satellite pictures are the oldest worst pics available on earth. If you go to those coordinates look at it. It's too perfect of a rectangle. How can such a large space be so perfect? I think this was put in place on Google Earth to hide something. Does Google Earth have a "Wayback" website to see what it looked like a fews years back? Curious.

Last picture looks like a web, sort of like the Dream Catcher web the Indians developed and placed in a socket such as an eye to create a talisman to offer protection. Maybe the Chinese have figured out the Web of Life (Flower of Life - see Wilcock) & so created a web out in the desert (simply because that is where it needed to be) to protect their country. Just a thought, but to my mind this doesn't offer much, more interesting is the point that Google earth can show this very clearly and CNN can speculate and scoff, it's was all so very different when Google sky gets blacked out and no explanation is offered up and nobodies goes on record to explain. Just an example of how we hear what they want us to, when they want to.
So we can all be conspiracy theorists but only when it suits.

These "markings" are nothing more than evidence of military training. Strange as they seem to the untrained eye. The angels that you see are for pilots to learn how to line-up on their targets. I call bullshit on this (not sure about the circle airplane thing though). I looked this shit up the other day on google earth, and that 'dust' was not there, and on close inspection it actually looks like -extremely- sloppy photoshop block-type eraser.
There -is- weird stuff out there, and these are not them. So not surprised that CNN hopped all over this especially with the rhetoric given with the presentation.

The one at 2:04 looks like the shape of an airfield but I can't tell the scale. But If those are mountains and rivers going through it then it's huge and wouldn't be flat but also the lines are so perfectly straight like it ignores the topography. Pretty weird.

If you go to color-depth scaling on Google Earth-Mars, and if you flip the poles fairly horizontally, you will see land formation in somewhat of a mimic of NA and SA, and if placed beside the Earth's pacific, Olympus Mons, Mars' Largest Volcano, and Earth's Largest Volcano, Mauna Lo'a. The similarity is striking to say the least. Our cousin-star.

Google satellite pictures are the oldest worst pics available on earth. Our military gov satellites are very advanced detailed so that they can see the colors of clothes types of vehicles etc. They allow us to see the junk, a blurry picture of the world and even so if you didn't noticed they blur out what they don't want you to see. It shows these images far more indepth and graphical, there are many many more in this area that they aren't talking about they aren't using historical imaging. For instance the Newgrange style Airplane puzzle if you go back a bit, ends up engulfed with Nazca-like gold lines that look phenomenal. There are also up to 100 pyramids in China. They burned the books in 1850, and they made farmers grow over them, there's a near replica of Giza's 3 pyramids also.
