@DRIFTDISEASE no he went there to try and sent the record for the fastest highway speed. he's been doing it in japan for awhile and he wanted to do it in another country. this clip is from one of the option video dvd's
It wasn't a Supra vs Cops video, it was a 300k/hr run (Roughly 200mph). The cop just happened to be there when he launched (you don't see him until the end), and took off after him.
Unfortunately, exvitermini's site crashed, so I can't find the story, but the guy from Japan got a grand boning from the royalty and was sent back home.
IIRC, he sat in jail for a week or so before they brought him to court and eventually settled on the punishment of banishment from the UK.
