i'm an assisted player who always keeps possession barca style but i'm trying to change to manual to be able to pull off those amazing through passes which would fit beautifully with my play style :D

Watched all 3 episodes and enjoyed a lot. I know exactly what u feel when playing against assisted players since it seems that I'm the only manual player in Australia :(. EA did make some improvement on manual this year but the player switch still doesnt

@Evybrentz I won't be making episodes where it's manual vs manual, but one possible idea that someone else has suggested is that I do some 2v2 matches where I pair up with someone and we play against 2 assisted players (there is a 2v2 lobby). Also, I do plan on uploading some manual vs manual matches, but not as part of the manual movement series, those will be separate videos =)

@LingeringRegime Flick the right analog stick. He'll push the ball in that direction so that he can run onto it.

you can do the little dink passes you showed saying 'you can't do these unless you're on manual' on assisted without any problem at all if you still aim at the correct player.

@AdamGozzyGosling Well if that's the case nobody has ever done it against me. In my experience it tends to decide for you which player it is going to go to if you use assisted. Maybe I've just been lucky then =)

@FluorescentFIFA yea, you have to be more or less pinpoint accurate in how you point to the player with the analogue stick, and more times out of 10 it will probably go wrong as they wont be running at the right speed, or something stupid like that, i think it would be a lofted through ball for assisted though and not a lob pass would be the difference.

best way to score on manual is to take the ball around the goal keeper with a flick i score probably 60% of my goals that way :)

I played in a full manual match as Newcastle against Man City (fair huh?). Surprisingly I was dominating the match and getting loads of chances. No goals though. Then in the 80th minute he got a goal from a corner and then another later on. I was livid.

I just can't finish the damn chances, it's so annoying. It's one thing to score in the practice arena, it's another to score in an online match!

Btw, you can actually score with a "john terry" penalty, just get ur bar in the yellow hold rb and lb and aim ;) pretty nice penalty to score but I forgot if it was on fifa 11 or 12
