I don't need to search for youtube videos. All there is were plyometrics. Just lift heavy and increase muscle and your body weight over time. If you're not increasing the weight that you lift then you're not getting bigger. If you're increasing it say from 300 pounds to 365 pounds, you've already gotten bigger thus greater horse power thus greater vertical. It's measured in relative strength or squat to body weight ratio. Practicing jump is already plyo. Skip these drills.
