Hey There remove Norton and install kaspersky is really good and fast, u can disable some startup programs typing MSCONFIG on run and uncheck some startup programs that you dont need, also use disk cleanup once in a week empty the TEMP folder and get any good registry cleaner and most important just install in ur machine just what you need... this will make is PC go really fast and the program for boot is called BOOTTIMER
@XanDieSeLNJ Hah, look at all you have to do. Oh, hold on a moment, I just clocked my machine in at a 20 second boottime... Wait, that's not boot, that's how fast it takes me to get on the internet after I turn on my computer. Whoops!
