  • ...I have a tailored nutrition plan, could I still continue to use this? I'm still 10-12 pounds overweight, and my current plan is 1800 cal per day (mostly protein).

  • @adil2552 My suggestion is to just keep doing what works for you. If you find you are getting results with your meal plan and you still have energy to do your workouts and get through your day then just keep going!

  • I'm kind of in the same situation as you, I played high school and college hockey and was in great shape until I graduated. Ha ha like you said, I wasted several years partying and playing WOW lol. I just started P90x week 3, I feel great and I just can't believe the results so far. Great info dude, keep it up. Someday I will post a video too lol.

  • haha yeah, WoW is a great game but it simply takes to much time! Did this ever happen to you? ... "I'm just going to log on to check my mail and see if my auction sold ... Well I mine as well go check the auction house ... Hmm would be good to farm those motes really quick ... Uh oh, Halaa is under attack ... Ok, I just need 8000 more honor for that head peice and ill be Epic!" 8-10 hours later you log off and repeat the next day. =)

    It's an ADHD nightmare!

  • Ha ha ha yeah I totally know what you mean. My brother is the same way now. Oh well, perhaps I will just "log in" for a bit someday lol. Although, from what my brother has told me Lich King is pretty bad ass.

  • It's a life sucker lol - Love the time I had with the game though.

    Lich King is pretty sweet but it almost seems like they made it more "kiddish" and every class got OP. I got my main to lvl 74 but then started in P90X.

    From there I started working on self-development and working from home through Beachbody, after that i never logged on again. Eventually I just deleted the whole installation.

  • Yeah it definitely takes a lot of time away from everyday activities. I haven't had a chance to play Lich King so I don't know (stuck with my main 70 lock) anyways yeah I stopped cause I have 3 jobs and I'm really busy lol. That could be a good compaign concept lol, I'm so busy yet still have time for P90X lol.

  • Good job on P90X so far, keep going! The rest week will be a welcome period and then you will have 150% to bring at the beginning of phase 2!

  • Oh man if I could count the excuses my mind makes up to avoid workouts!

    I always push through it though - I usually get to a point where I stop and think, then I tell myself "Hey, instead of making my next excuse how about I simply go push play and make myself move". That's all I do on those hard days, then while the DVD intro starts I have to get ready really quick and I have no choice but to workout!
