  • Thank you, you put a lot of feeling into your playing!! Now I want to learn this piece.

  • Amazing interpretation... I love your style.

I wish you great success !

  • This really is a fantastic performance. Wonderfully played.

  • A tender and moving song. Congratulations for yor interpretation!

  • Beautiful. I learned this song in a day, and I've continued playing it for years. I really think classical guitar is one of the richest hobbies a person can have, and you've performed "Dedicatoria" brilliantly.

  • what guitar do you use mr per?

  • Thank you for the music!

I used to play classical guitar but was forced to quit due to my hand injury. This piece of music gives such a comfort!

  • This is such a beautiful song. I'm learning it myself right now and it is nice to have a recording to compare to.

  • Beautiful, excellent work.. Thank you!

  • breath taking, comrade

  • The quality of the sound of your videos are truly excellent. It would be the quality of the guitar, or the system of recording? Or your technique?

    Really beautiful

  • Ahhh, this is one of my favorites... it has kept me company now for a couple of years on long lonesome nights, mingling with thoughts of what is and what was, and of hopes of what is to come... so sweet, so soft, speaking words of hope...

I have felt the emotion you put behind this song so many times... it's so wonderful. Thank you, for you.

  • Ahhh. :) Amy, it is so long since I heard/saw this. I look so young! LOL And it is only 3 years ago... sigh.

Thank you for listening to my old recordings :)

    Hope you are well!

    Hugs!

    Peo

  • Per,congratulations! You are ,no doubt,in the class of GREAT MASTERS. It is quite a pleasure & luck too, to have you in Y.T with us.

  • Thanks you. I am very honored by your comment. I hope you will listen to me for a long time,

    Kindly,

    Per-Olov

  • bravo! Thank you, you have made my day a little better (I am a violinist, but I'm building my classical guitar acumen and am learning this piece). I will utilize your interpretation (if you don't mind : )

  • Dear Per, upon revisiting this beautiful

interpretation of yours it just occurred to

me that there are very few versions of

    Granados Oriental (Spanish dance no2)

for guitar solo. The transcription I have

is by Yates and it is fine. Would you care,

though, to add your own? - Athan

  • Dear Athan,

I am sorry but this comment from you I have never seen... :-) sorry my friend.

Thank you for your suggestion but I have so little time and sooo many pieces I have, and want, to play first. But it's a great suggestion though. Maybe some day, OK?

    Hugs,

    Per-Olov

  • Se llamaba Enrique, no Enrico.

  • As usual, absolutely beautiful playing! Thank you for posting these videos.

  • it reminds of a very peaceful and beautiful pic~~~

  • The secret behind that piece is that I played it through my effects unit, an old Alesis Quadraverb (some delay and reverb) and used my volume knob. I dropped the low E down to D.

  • To return the favor, please allow me to share a piece of music I composed. It's on Myspace, but if you simply type in my name scott ouellette on google, it should be the first site that appears. The song is called "guitar solo" because I havn't found a suitable title yet. I hope you enjoy it. Scott

  • Hi Scott. I listened to your beautiful music on MySpace. But on "guitar solo". I didn't hear a guitar at all... did I miss something?

    But it's beautiful anyways!!

    Kindly,

    Per-Olov

  • Thank you very much! I appreciate that. And oh yes...it's a nylon string guitar. I have some interesting settings in my effects unit. check out the comment below I left...it explains how I did it. Scott

  • I'm a self taught classical guitarist, been playing for almost 30 years now...and I have to say, I'm learning alot from your playing. I really admire your style. Scott

  • Hi David!

    Hope you are well.

Thank you for listening to my "old" recordings :)

I like this piece a lot.

    Keep well,

    Per

  • lovely piece and interpretation

  • Merci!

    Per

  • Very nice, but I would have liked it better without the echo chamber effect. The unaltered, true sound of the guitar is beautiful.

  • Thanks. Well, it's a matter of taste but I think you are right; it's too much reverb on this. Sorry...

    Per

    BTW, I like the reverb!

  • Dear friend... my translator is sleeping... WHAT? LOL

    Per

  • Thank you! Appreciated!

    Peo

  • Wonderful, played from the heart.

  • Thanks a lot! I'm glad you like it!

    Kind regards,

    Peo

  • I love this piece and you play it so well.

    Thanks

    Rey

  • Thanks Rey,

I'm honoured you like my vrsion.

    Kind regards,

    Peo

  • Dear Peo!

This one is superb, too, just like your Dowland. You are such a wonderful player. Your playing makes me want to pick up my guitar and play! Thank you!

  • Thank you so much! And thanks for listening to me. I wish you would pick up that guitar of yours!!

    Kindly,

    Peo

  • All your vids are outstanding. I like the sound of the guitar, what kind is it?

  • You are amazing. I wish I could play like this later in my life.Keep up the good work,,thats an inspiration

  • This is a beautiful piece and you play it lovely. Makes me want to listen to the Tonadilla (Maja de Goya), as Bream used to play the two in a row... :-)

  • Absolutely wonderful Peo! I realize that my version is too fast while listening to yours. Is the reverb natural? at least it sounds great and makes the notes sustain perfectly for the tempo.

  • Gorgeus as always!!

I'm really glad to listen you anytime.

    Thank you playing for us.

  • Thanks so much for sharing these videos. I want to tell you it is very appreciated.

  • Thank you very much! I'm glad it's appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Peo
