My point exactly... Only few siners can handle that. Sharon should either sing lower when she's on stage or be less active (or rather both).

If you want to see a singer who can do both, check out Anneke van Giersbergen (former The Gathering). Seen her life more then 5 times and she only missed a note once (but she did it big time then :D)

WT is a great band in studio, but life Sharon's voice isn't that good :'(

I think I'm one of the few actually listening here (I'm not a pure fan taking all WT's work for granted). Sharon has a good voice, but life she can't perform the way she does in the studio, and often misses her higher notes (hell, the 1st minute she misses her firest high note).

But even because of that, I still like WT. I even play the CD from the Mother Earth tour once in a while, where the misses more notes then she does now :D

The reason she has a lot of trouble in this concert is because she was sick prior to it and her voice didn't have the ability to hit those incredibly high notes. I've seen them live and have been impressed by those notes.

yes she says on the dvd that she has been unwell for the entire week before the show and she was very unwell the morning of the show also. considering that i think she sang amazingly

she was sick here.. if you listen to hand of sorrow live in the bonus concert on the dvd (eindhoven) she sings much better!

It's good, especially the the long tune in the end, if you get what i mean, when the doors open and i think birds or bats are flying upwards-that's very effective. However, there were some random bits especially near the beginning where a girl randomly appears holding a mic.

though it wasn't totally perfect(haha, I'm a hell of critical sometimes...xD), but don't worry, nobody's was:)))) I only had around 1(!) scene what I didn't feel like it matches there, so it's around 0,01% of the vid...=) you were probably the person, who used the most perfectly the background concert video(wow, I was totally out from that part of the vid xD), plus you tried to focus on the whole band, and lots of things in the same time - successfully:)
