Its the anime movie 5 Centimeters Per Second. Its about a boy who goes to see a old friend; for the most part. Then it switches views a few times, as it talks about his life afterwards a little bit; but this AMV is showing his trip to go and see her, as it is full of a lot of delays and such. :D Go watch the movie; its really good, but the ending kinda stinks.
