there is no evidence that Arcturus or any other star has moved around in the galaxy - no matter how you computer generate the animated image of the galaxy, or how rising classical music you put in the background, this who thing is such amazing nonsense most second graders would sense something wrong by just watching this stuff for a few minutes.
