  • menderfire- yup I read somewhere that if your body is alkaline you won't get sick as easily. Unfortunately all the good tasting food is bad for you. I went on a healthy diet for 3 months, nothing but veggies fruits and whole grains & I lost 40lbs. But these foods are so bland I was ravenous and like a addict fiending for sweets and goodies. Why don't we like the food that we are supposed to eat? I just can't stay on a healthy diet long-I did and the longer I was on it, the harder it was.

  • how do you guys get the breakfast in, i have tried really hard to eat in the morning but i feel sick all day long afterwards? HELP.

  • I used to feel the same way...you just have to push through it and it'll go away. It took me about 2 weeks to start feeling normal after I ate in the morning. Try eating oats with fresh fruit...that helped me a lot.

  • @65Patrival If i ate raw steak I would have to get rushed to the hospital and be really sick. Its not healthy to eat raw meat... it may be better for you, but in the long run, Salad, and things like that are good.

  • good presentation, strong woman. It would be nice if you would have added the fact that we need the right balance of acid and alkali foods in our body every day. This is so important I can't stress it enough! 3 portions of alkali and 5 portions of acidic. Google this concept.
