  • what are you people smoking for that price?? lol what a waste of money. It's pricing schemes like this that completely disgust me. Makes me think twice about shopping at brownells.

  • its funny the video is 55 seconds long, and you only take 5 seconds to see it load.

  • Wow steal the israeli version then charge 500 dollars for it LOL

  • some idiot out there is like, "oh right i can load my ar mags super fast, and ony for $500!"

  • @FUdirtbag this product is not meant for a normal consumer... I use this is a armory in a deployed location. Unloading magazines with the LULA unloaded and loading with the Magula Benchloader saves tons of time. Try unloading 300 magazine by hand and accounting for each round then youll be glad you had this

  • @kmain0 hey no problems if you gotta load a bunch of mags, but i'm speaking of the practicality of this for the normal person. if i saw someone at the range with this thing, i'd say "wow, $500 just to save you a minute?" and if you're in the US army, Thank You...

  • honestly, i could have 3 mags loaded using stipper clips and spoons in the time it takes to line up the 30 rounds on that thing. why is that modified cutting board over $400?

  • I never said I'd buy a bench loader, plus the stripLULA is handheld so I'm sure its not fumble-proof. People were just wondering why such a product exists. Also if that bench loader is milled from virgin cast plastic, that hunk of plastic alone is a couple hundred bucks. Plus CNC time at about $100/hr.

I'd rather have the plain LULA or stripLULA, though I never found plain strippers to be that bad if you bend the tab first. upLULA is the shit though.

  • FYI if you check out the actual MagLULA website this is marketed towards armorers or anyone loading a few dozen magazines an hour, not your casual plinker. Hence the high cost. If someone was a private security contractor this is cheap compared to the time wasted loading mags, time is money after all.

  • @tansit2344 got news for ya... striplula is only a lil bit slower and seen it sell for 25 bucks at some stores..

  • $500+ Dollars!?!?! Has anyone actually bought any? I can buy a nice optic, ammo or a good sidearm for that kind of money.

  • @swedishvolvo gov guys for its armories

  • im sure that i would took me 3~ hours but i could do that with a piece of wood and a drill myself

  • This is for the rich guy that likes to show off. Not intended for regular people. PS: I don't even see a rich guy buying this unless he is rich and STUPID. It just cost 5 times too much.

  • @specialks1953 your math is off there buddy... costs bout 10.5 too much if you ask me...>.> <.< i mean really 50 bucks sounds reasonable..

  • @vampire847 - thanks

  • you can make one of these with a couple of 2x4's and dremel and use a deck of cards to push them in, wayyyyy less than 475 bucks :D

  • @iguana8334 LOL! I bet someone really did copy it the way you described since it looks very simple to make.

  • effecient

  • When will American companies learn some products are better sold at an affordable price to attain higher volumes of sales than trying to price gouge so you can get a couple sales..

I guarantee much much more of these would have been sold if the price was dropped to around $75-$100

  • @EKKsoldier622 Its not American. It's Israeli.

  • @aphsknight74

    @EKKsoldier622

Israeli? .... so pretty much funded by American tax payers... but those are politics for another day

.. but in that case a Chinese company should make a knockoff of this and I'll buy it. So long as theres no lead of hidden glass shards in it

  • Cool idea, way to f$#(*% expensive.

  • This device is awesome. My question is how many do you actually sell ? Way to pricey

  • 500 dollars for this, i dont under stand why this thing is 500 dollars they way i see you you put in just as much time putting the rounds into this machine as compared to loading the rounds into the mag one at a time, i would pay like 10 to 20 dollars for this 500 is a damn insult

  • what a fucking joke. i bet you save about 10 seconds per mag with this piece of shit.

  • 500+ is a joke for this...

needs to be more like 50 bucks

  • cool now make it to were i can afford it bud

  • Does anybody know how are military loads their magazines?

  • @IMFDB the military uses....HANDS

  • @IMFDB We generally used stripper clips. If they weren't available, one cartridge at a time.

The folks that this gadget would be good for would be hard pressed to justify the cost. The mil would be hard pressed to justify carrying the thing around and operating it in the field. I might consider buying one if it was below $200, definitely not at $500+. Sorry Maglula, I'll stick with your Striploader.

  • @snakeii0 Does the military allow you to use this product if you buy it yourself?

  • @IMFDB I don't see why any one would disapprove of it, really depends on the local brass and leadership. If it makes you more efficient, only a fool would say no. Well, I worked for and with plenty of fools, so... I believe in general, as long as you aren't modifying the weapon you are ok with personal gear. Many guys in the sand run their own rigs, mags, lights, scopes, etc.

  • I suppose a shooting range would be a good target for this sort of product, especially a military or police range.

  • I bought a $30 CAMMENGA EASYLOADER, much better than the 500+ and it works just the same. They have a vid here for you to watch.

  • Look where it's made, in the biggest welfare state that America supports. Billions per year sent in aid.

  • Who is this product even designed for when it costs this much? $400 - $600 makes it a joke. You can almost get 2k rounds or another AR for that much.

A $50 price point would start making it reasonable for some people.

  • @craigtheng - This is not designed for your weekend trip to the range, this is designed for mass loading of magazines quickly for training (or other). in the military you have guys at the range loading magazines all day and you are waiting on them to catch up. this loader keeps them up to speed, so you can train, and get off the range. the price is worth it, and it's what it was designed for. want one for $50 try to make it your self. otherwise stick to slower loaders.

  • @weaponeer There's nothing special about the product's construction that should make it cost $600. It's a solid base, with one moving part that slides in a set of grooves. Its only excuse could be that it's made from a material that cuts down friction, but those aren't exactly state-of-the-art.

  • one has to wonder who is buying these things at the price they are selling for. i just don't see how they come up with the price and have a straight face.

  • Now your days at the shooting range will really be short..

  • i could make one with 20$........

  • WTF?? $525 for this thing?? Y'all sure are proud of it.

  • Thats what im saying 525 bucks for that I rather put them in one by one and just buld up my speed and experience

  • i love my bench loader

  • Sold! With over 20 Pmags, I need one.

  • Hey, would this work with a 5.45 x 39mm round, my AR is in that caliber?

  • Unfortunately that loader is specifically for the 5.56 NATO cartridge.

  • What type of mags work in the AR for the 5.45?

  • "C-Products" is the only AR 5.45 mm magazine maker I know of. They seem like good mags although I have trouble getting more than 20 rounds into them.

  • I like that..May have to buy one.

  • Do you guys make one for the Mini 14?

  • Not at this time.

  • Any chance you will make one in the near future?

  • They don't manufacture the items they sell them. Contact - Butler Creek

  • cool

  • I was asking about the bench loader. That is also good to know.

  • neat
