Thx for posting - I transcribed this tune a couple of years ago, lost my recording, pulled out my transcription th othr day, found a mistake but no recording to check it with...this clip helped me sort out my mistake. hobgoblin i sort of agree with you. Some parts should be memorized or all of the song but sheet music should be present. Being on stage is a bit nerve racking and should be there to put you back on track just incase. no one wants to bomb a performance. Also great vid, i enjoyed it.

Great cover, great solo & Lei a uno bellissimo "touché". I love this tune cause it's a minor blues without the "clichés" of blues. As pianist, I play also this tune (not in solo, in trio with guitar and bass player) after a first chorus in the original tonality, we modulate several time to end with "Loose bloose" witch is a very similar Evans Original.
