Yes it is possible. EXTREMELY UNLIKELY, but possible. I'd prefer saving the game before the battle and restart untill shiny, but VERY time-consuming.

yes dude u can get one with out cheats but to do that u have to save your game in front of the pokemon and do a soft reset until it comes out shiny to do the soft reset u just press L+R+SELECT+START(same time)
