Its not that,when you're looking crosseye (wich is what you're supposed to do) the images are wrong way around.
Far too common mistake: left image should be at the right side of the screen and the right one should be at the left side.
@Noname9000000 is that why it hurts to try to lock in and its not working when it normally doesnt?

I'll be honest. I've seen 3d pictures but I can't get any 3d out of this for some reason. There is just no difference between the 3 images.

Cool, but the whole stereo imaging thing has a few problems.
The first is that the multiple images on the side of what you're concentrating on are distracting, especially with a lot of movement.
Another, is that with the rocking toy, the eye tries to focus on the thing moving back and forth, but can't as the camera doesn't.
