Dude u don't have to do all that alls u got to do is go to winder board and turn on lock user backround and the other thing underneath that then just let it respring and go to photos then set as a wallpaper and there u go the picture is in ur spring board haha

Its not at the bottom when you instal something you click on it and it will open a page that has the description and at the top right hand corner it will say inatall
