Wood briefly gets organised into a house for 30 years or so then demolished. Atoms get briefly organised into humans for 80 odd years before they die and decompose. Architects learn from other architects to build a house. Nature learns from nature to build a human. Evolution.
@breaneainn well put rebearth an death forever nature the true god an truly amazing we celt have known this for many 1.000s of yrs we just didnt know why but science will answer our only unknown
@kingpharaohtsar I get you about birth and rebirth. The recycling of atoms in your body is something I never thought of, and it freaks me out because it's true. What else is recycled? Energy and information too, because nothing is destroyed...right? Glad you trust in science rather than having faith in science... at least trust is based on a little evidence one way or the other. Peace and seasons greetings bro!
@breaneainn u sud come to celtic britian i think ud get along with us theres sum new agey types that say religous sounding things but thats just caz half of us are hippies thay still know there science realy yule sona gaelic happy solstice
@kingpharaohtsar ..well, here's a question from a 6th generation celt in the south pacific... Is celtic brittain kinda- wales, south uk, west uk, Ireland, and parts of Scottish Northern england? In Australia you are still Scottish or Irish decent even after a few hundred years. That sort of respect of heritage is very strong here. Many weddings between clans still have guys wearing family kilts!! No shit!
@breaneainn Celtic areas are around the western limits of mainland Britain - Cornwall, Wales and Scotland, some of the islands, and of course Ireland. The concept is a bit diluded and distorted these days, however. The only people to really have strong celtic ties anymore are the Irish more northern parts of Scottland, along with really rural parts of Wales.
@breaneainn I will add that I find people claiming to be Irish/Scottish/etc despite being 3rd, 4th, 5th generation immigrants to be a bit bemusing, however. Especially when only a single ancestor (or couple) was from there! Respect for the past is good, but sometimes people do focus on it in silly manners.
@blakeesmith84 the actual MATTER you are composed of physically/micro-biologically/atomically changes, duplicates for example your skin continuously sheds and replicates under itself as do the other cells/matter in your body...IN THIS CASE THE POINT being the ATOMS/MATTER are not the same ones that composed you during that memory as those atoms/matter have moved on as waves do - in other words what you were then if what you are is what you are made of is not the same thing you are now...keep up
Even brain matter isn't the same as when we were children?

@RogerWazup007 Nope. You could say that the cells are, but the atoms that make up the cells are not the same.
