I see how hard my dad works, he isnt mostly even at home and I think ceva just wants the best for her employe. We are going through a recession, and so there is inflation because ceva works with dollars, what makes the firm to lower the wages or to drop out people.

Since our Manager took over we have been forced to work 2 and a half hours a week extra for nothing to cover meal breaks we have had for free ever since Barnard days. And in the last month I have had my pay grade cut from 3 to 1 around 30 quid a week . If there was anything else out there I would quit tomorrow but the Poles are doing it for 2 quid an hour less than we will. Shit firm shit conditions

Total dead loss just lost the newsfast contract. How do you loose the core buisness and still keep a viable company? No uniform issue for 18 months and what happened to LEAN they were keen as hell 2 years ago since then nothing. Every time a driver pulls in to our depot its the same story anothe site closing. My opinion all gone by xmas just like my home will be if I lose my job.

Strange, TNT sold its logistics business to Apollo holdings last year, now they are attempting to get a foot hold in the Royal Mail & if they manage to pull it off you can bet your last penny that Royal Mail will be doing the bulk of TNTs current UK business, I suspect we will see massive job losses on our TNT contracts

I have worked for TNT for 5 years, Ceva took over about 12 months ago and since then hours have been cut, overtime has been cut,(£1,500pa in total cut so far) and now they are stalling on 3 per cent pay rise. My union is warning me of future strike action. Of the 20 drivers I work with 12 are looking for new employers. The other 8 are pension tied. Ceva stinks of an asset stripping company. Drivers and companys of the UK - DO NOT DEAL WITH CEVA - You have been warned.

It is and it isn't. CEVA Logistics main focus is on dedicated contracts. However, there is CEVA Freight as well, which offers air/sea/road freight.
