While I was watching this, I tried inhaling (I try to inhale by expanding abdomen, but whenever I don't think about it I revert to rib cage) and using my palms to put pressure on the sternum. I doubt this would be as good as having someone else treatment since they can put their weight into it, applying this oneself one is limited by the strength of wrists, elbow flexors, internal shoulder rotators, and probably either pec/lat if one is extending/flexing humerus + pro/re tracting the scapulae.

Hello Boris! Mike from Canada. I've undertaken therapy of my lymph system due to lymphocytic leukemia. My lymph system was so clogged that the nodes/ganglions were crystallizing. @mgaft1 Boris, it is I who want to thank you for believing in what you do! We live in a world where it's too easy to write prescriptions or use poisons to kill poisons! God has seen fit to show me the natural way of healing and now it's my turn to tell as many people about it as I can. I can say with confidence to those who feel there's no hope, "Just because your disease may not be curable does NOT mean you have to lay down and die! THE TREATMENT WORKS and makes total sense as to why it does!

LISTEN TO ME! This therapy works! I have had chronic lymphocytic leukemia STOPPED because I undertook lymph drainage/detox treatments. My lymph system is in stage of overgrowth due to stage 2/3 with the cancer. My lymph system was clogged worse than Mexico City's sewer system! My therapist has it working again, has me pain-free, and in only two treatments so far! She is doing for me what dozens of doctors said couldn't be done. IT WORKS! PLEASE PLEASE TRY IT! I never believed this could work.

I do appreciate your respect to me but will repeat my statement:" the main duty of lymphatic system is disposal of waste metabolic products" Approximately 80% of human body mass is a fluid therefore we cannot consider extracellular fluid as a "lost" from blood circulation. Sometime for different reasons large molecula of protein can be" lost" into the extracellular space and lymphatic system will make sure that it will be return to the blood.

I respect this guy a lot, but the purpose of the lymphatic system is to collect and returm fluid which has been lost into the tissue from the capillaries (consult a medical text). Although most tissues have some ability to metabolizes toxins, it is mainly a liver function. Lymphatic fluid can have toxins as can all body fluids, the the purpose of lymphatic treatment is to remove fluid congestion which increases circulation and this MANY systems benefit from lymphatic treatment.
