EXCELLENT spooky sound effects, Graham!!! Just wondering, does your National Trust ever buy any of these old abandonned places and convert them into, say, housing for the elderly?
As far as I know the National Trust doesn't do anything like that. Places like Denbigh are too far gone to be converted really. At the least, seriously stripping back to a bare shell.
Where abouts is the chapel at denbigh? I couldn't find it when I went...

Sadly, both the chapel and Bryn Golau (seen in the background) have now been demolished.
