bill clinton can run for vice president legally. Read the constitution, says no one shall RUN for PRESIDENT more than twice. AKA bill clinton can actually run for vp then become pres. if something were to happen to the press, since we wasnt elected president more than twice. BUt he can always be vp again. Only thing is I dont think society would accept the taken advantage of the wording in the constitution and I dont think bill would want to be vp, seeing as he already was pres twice.

I correct myself. 22nd amendment to the constitution states "no person shall be elected more than twice..." of course u can run more than twice. Besides that, there is nothing disallowing bill to become pres again. Nothing in Article 2 nor the 22nd amendment says anything otherwise. Google it.
