I used to run regularly (3~4x a week) but with school starting and all, it's been hard to squeeze in my favorite form of cardio-running! any ideas on how to squeeze in that cardio in a quick fix?
ps: I do take dance classes at school (ballet&jazz) but we do mostly stretching and strength training and I'm craving some hardcore cardio!

what kind of nutrient could you be lacking if your always craving chocolate and sweets? i know i have a sweet tooth but i feel this way all the time not just once in a while...any suggestions?
@riotgrrrrl1288 that's not so much a lack of nutrient but more of a sugar addiction... try avoiding it for at least 5 days and see if you still crave it.
@riotgrrrrl1288 If u crave sweets, the nutrient you're lacking is carbohydrates. And I'm being serious. Every cell runs on carbs; it is what the body prefers(we're primates). I eat the 80/10/10 diet (80% carbs; low fat) See the book on Amazon for proof carbs don't make u fat, but if done right, improves fitness and health.

hi i need help!! for the past 3 months i've gone on a great diet extreamly different from what i used to eat really restricted and i ve been excescising for at least 3 times a week (or even daily) and excercicing i mean going to the gym and burning at least 700 cal and doing some strenght training which is about 1 and a half hrs and before i did nothing at all so i guess thats asome but yet i havent seen any resuts ive lost only about 2kls or less... what happend?? i don get it please help !!
@PoptartStyles I'm not sure what the issue is... it might be because it's 2 different channels, like L and R, and there is only audio on the L side... Idk but I hope this helps. It is working on my computer.

i always crve bacon after a big night... its not good, but it makes me feel better.
But during the weekdays i tend to crave sweet snacks alot, im still trying to find the best way to curve this craving such as dried apricot
