@MrGatonegroish Most of them weren't really complete adventures. I was just setting up situations in the adventure editor, and then filming them in test mode. There is a captain in them somewhere, but it's typically the tiniest creature I could make, hidden somewhere that it wouldn't show up, and using Ctrl-Alt-C to be able to freely swing the camera.
As mentioned below, I made jump-capable creatures follow the smallest ground vehicle I could make. It's kind of doable by making them follow other creatures, but creatures can't move as fast as vehicles can.
In Windows, while test-playing an adventure you're creating, you can hit Ctrl-Alt-C to enter or exit free camera mode. I don't know the Macintosh key combination offhand, unfortunately.
The jetpacks are part of it. However, in most cases NPCs will never use them. However, if you make jumping of flying creatures follow a vehicle, they'll jump or fly to get there.
In this case, I made the smallest ground vehicle I could, and put three of them in the adventure, one in Act 1 (tiny white box moving to the lower right at 0:10), One in Act 2 (0:24 and 0:31) and one in Act 5 that I forgot to shrink further, visible at 1:10
I presume that, because it's NPC creatures jumping rather than the Player's Captain, there isn't as much smoke and flame. It wouldn't be the first time that SGA treated NPCs differently from player-controlled captains. A Player-Captain Envadar Jump Marine would run out of energy if he tried to do what the NPC Jump Marines do in the video.
I'm "notovny" on the spore stie as well. Sadly, this is not a complete adventure. This was just me playing around with the adventure creator some more to create an action sequence.
You don't seem to use a captain in your adventures... is that possible?

But when I use the jetpack there is large flame and smoke trail behind it, and i don't see them here.
